Do It Now

Bob Green remembers conversations at a coffee machine, when he still worked at Hewlett Packard. Everybody would complain about the editor, which in fact was far from perfect and was a source of frustrations for users. Instead of exercising his "right to be angry" (from chapter 6), he started working on a better editor. Before long he founded his own company, Robelle Consulting , which was an instant success. His QEDIT is now known all over the world. Bob Green likes to listen to what other people plan to do and tells them: "just do it".
